Myriad will supply, install and commission a market leading, modern and flexible solar PV monitoring system. The system immediately detects any errors or faults that occur in the PV plant and analyses them in a targeted manner.
In addition to error detection and evaluation our monitoring system offers additional support in the form of remote configuration. Here, adjustments can be made to the device settings, plant monitoring and device communication that are necessary for the grid connection. This function helps avoid unnecessary and costly trips to the site.
In consultation with you we will manage all issues as they arise via the remote maintenance portal which provides you with the following benefits:

Lightning strike and severe weather causing cable and and/or glass breakages.

It is important to monitor the amount of electricity your system is generating to ensure that strings and inverters are all working correctly.
Monitoring prices include the cost of supplying, installing and commissioning the monitoring hardware. Title to the monitoring hardware will transfer to the client at the end of the contract term and Myriad will provide a reduced price for the monitoring aspect of the contract after this point in time. Should the contract be terminated prior to the end of the contract term Myriad retain title of the monitoring hardware and the client must provide site access so Myriad can recover all installed monitoring equipment.

[1] Assumes a 13A socket and LAN connection point is available for equipment.
[2] Myriad allows for 10 hours of support credit under this contract for monitoring activities, delivery of regular reports, client meetings, technical support discussions, etc. Additional credits can be purchased at £50/hr should this be used up. Engineer visits are excluded for the support credit and will be quoted on an as-required basis.

Discounts available for longer term contracts:
Term: Minimum is 2 years although we do offer discounts for longer contracts. After the contract term the price is reduced to cover the portal licence fee and the monitoring support hours only.

For all contracts longer than 2 year the contract price is subject to an increase equal to the average RPI over the previous 12 months for each contracted year, starting in year 3.
