Overview
This package of time provides our customer with technical support for a range of activities including:
- Boiler on-site operational/technical support outside the standard service customer SLA
- Remedial design to fix operational issues such as boiler cycling, insufficient heat, etc
- Heating system design review and amendment, including CAD work
- Complex fuel storage design, design of fuel storage and fuel transport solutions taking into account wood fuel types available, biomass boiler operating duty, delivery frequency, material storage regulations
- New/Upgrade heating system design
- RHI support/advice
- Solar PV ground mount feasibility studies
- Biomass boiler or Heat pump integration design
- Support for biomass boiler emissions testing/approvals
- Site visits to review heating system operation/design/efficiency/etc

Validity & Expiry
The support period shall commence at the moment the purchase is completed. Myriad will log time in 15 minute increments, or part thereof.
Terms, Conditions & Exclusions
- Technical support does not guarantee that a breakdown will be resolved,
- Technical support does not mean any visits are made,
- Any engineers visits are chargeable and are not included in the technical support,
- Technical support does not include any costs for parts,
- Technical support does not cover warranty,
- Technical support is provided as is and returns are not permitted for this sale.
