Overview

This package of time provides our customer with technical support for a range of activities including:

  • Boiler on-site operational/technical support outside the standard service customer SLA
  • Remedial design to fix operational issues such as boiler cycling, insufficient heat, etc
  • Heating system design review and amendment, including CAD work
  • Complex fuel storage design, design of fuel storage and fuel transport solutions taking into account wood fuel types available, biomass boiler operating duty, delivery frequency, material storage regulations
  • New/Upgrade heating system design
  • RHI support/advice
  • Solar PV ground mount feasibility studies
  • Biomass boiler or Heat pump integration design
  • Support for biomass boiler emissions testing/approvals
  • Site visits to review heating system operation/design/efficiency/etc
  • Gas CHP sizing and integration

 

Validity & Expiry

The support period shall commence at the moment the purchase is completed. Myriad will log time in 15 minute increments, or part thereof.

Terms, Conditions & Exclusions

  • Technical support does not guarantee that a breakdown will be resolved,
  • Technical support does not mean any visits are made,
  • Any engineers visits are chargeable and are not included in the technical support,
  • Technical support does not include any costs for parts,
  • Technical support does not cover warranty,
  • Technical support is provided as is and returns are not permitted for this sale.
