Returns Policy Overview 

Biomass Spares Online is committed to providing high-quality Goods that are fault-free and undamaged. 

However, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. The following conditions apply: 

Incorrect Goods Received

If your delivery does not match the delivery note, or if any parts are missing or damaged, please provide photo evidence within five working days to parts@myriadservice.co.uk. Failure to do so will result in the parts being invoiced as normal.

Faulty Goods on Delivery 

If your Goods are faulty upon delivery, contact us within 28 days to arrange a return. 

You are responsible for shipment costs. 

Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. 

A repair, refund, or replacement will be provided at the manufacturer’s discretion. 

Faulty Goods Within Warranty Period 

If Goods develop a fault within their warranty period, you are entitled to a repair or replacement under the terms of the warranty. 

The complete product must be returned unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

Goods Damaged in Transit 

If Goods are visibly damaged on delivery, sign the delivery note indicating the damage. 

Report such damage within 3 days and arrange a return. You are responsible for shipment costs. 

Upon receipt of the returned Goods, a refund will be processed via your original payment method. 

Changed Your Mind

If you change your mind, you may return the Goods within 7 working days from the delivery date at your own expense.

  • Special or non-standard items, including cable cuttings, are non-returnable.

  • A minimum 25% restocking fee applies to all discretionary returns. The exact amount will be determined based on the condition of the Goods and the time elapsed since purchase.

Discretionary Returns

We reserve the right to exercise discretion in processing returns based on: 

  • Prior use or enjoyment of the Goods. 

  • Goods that naturally deteriorate or expire.
