Warranty Policy

This warranty policy applies to spare parts supplied by Myriad Heat & Power Products to third-party installers or boiler owners, where Myriad is not responsible for fitting the part. 

Warranty Period 

The warranty period is one year from the date of delivery. 

Warranty Conditions 

The warranty is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with the removal of the failed part and the installation of the replacement part.
  2. The purchaser must cover the freight cost for returning any failed parts to Myriad Heat & Power Products. 
  3. The equipment must be installed, commissioned, operated, and maintained strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations as outlined in the operating and maintenance manual. 
  4. Maintenance and servicing must be performed by certified and trained service agents authorized for the specific manufacturer. 

      Exclusions 

      The warranty does not cover:

      1. Labour costs associated with diagnosing or replacing the failed part.
      2. Consumable items, such as oils, grease, detergents, and filters
      3. Parts damaged due to improper operation, including operation outside of the manufacturer’s specified parameters.
      4. Consequential damages, claims, or additional costs arising from the failure of the part.
      5. Wear and tear items, including but not limited to: 
        1. Components in direct contact with fuel or fire: 
          1. Grates, grate elements, and moving parts in the combustion chamber 
          2. Fireclay lining, firebricks, and combustion chamber components 
          3. All seals 
          4. Bearings, including friction bearings, roller bearings, and flange bearings 
          5. Relays, fuses, filter rods for ceramic filters 
          6. Wooden slipways for walking floors 
          7. Ignition elements, such as ignition blowers 
      6. Parts damaged due to burn-back incidents. 

                           

                          Warranty Returns Process 

                          In the event of a failure, the following process must be followed: 

                          1. Replacement parts must be ordered from the Myriad Service Team.
                          2. The replacement part will be dispatched, and an invoice will be issued. 
                          3. Any failed parts believed to be covered under warranty must be returned to Myriad’s Returns Department within 14 days of receiving the replacement part. A completed return form, including a detailed description of the failure, must accompany the returned part. 
                          4. Warranty claims will not be processed unless the return form is completed in full. 
                          5. The returned part will be sent to the manufacturer (Herz) for testing and assessment. 
                          6. If the manufacturer determines that the failure is covered under warranty, the cost of the replacement part will be refunded to the purchaser.
