Overview
This service package provides a non-contract customer and/or installer with 24 hours of technical support for Herz biomass boilers via telephone with our UK based technical support team.
Validity & Expiry
The support period shall commence at the moment the purchase is completed. For example a package purchased at 15:00 on 11th June 2020 will expire exactly 24 hours later at 15:00 on 12th June 2020.
Terms, Conditions & Exclusions
- Technical support does not guarantee that a breakdown will be resolved,
- Technical support does not mean any visits are made,
- Any engineers visits are chargeable and are not included in the technical support,
- Technical support does not include any costs for parts,
- Technical support does not cover warranty,
- Technical support is provided as is and returns are not permitted for this sale.
