This service package provides a non-contract customer and/or installer with 1 calendar year of technical support for Herz biomass boilers via telephone with our UK based technical support team.
Validity & Expiry
The support period shall commence at the moment the purchase is completed. For example a package purchased at 15:00 on 11th June 2018 will expire exactly 1 calendar year later at 15:00 on 11th June 2019.
